- Library: Reported by Sheryl Walker. Westgate Days was fantastic; 149 people went through the touch tank. Voter registration held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Mayor Comments: B. Fulton noted the park looked good for Westgate Days and it looked like people were having fun in the water. Should have a bridge update in October.
- Council comments: Council Members extended thanks to the community club for all the hard work for Westgate Days.
