R.Moore Pro-tem called the regular meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Others Present: Larry Trickel, Chuck and Becky Hurd
Motions
- Approval of agenda: Moved by J. Prickett, seconded by H. Prickett. All in favor.
- Approve minutes: Moved by T Wolff, seconded by J. Vanskyhawk. All in favor.
- Approve monthly bills: Moved by J, Vanskyhawk, seconded by J. Prickett All in favor.

- ICAP City Insurance: Paid
- Windstream: Talk about no reason for motion
- Westgate 3rd annual Car Show to close Main Street to Church Street Motion by J. Vanskyhawk and Seconded by R. Moore

- Water Report: Main water pipe break, need shut off value installed,Flow meter at Well House needs replaced,Sewer Generator quote.
- Community Club: H. Prickett – Nothing
- Mayor: Fill pot holes on Eastline street down by Cannon's. Brett agreed to fill but needed to less than $500.00
- City Equipment: Tractor needs fuel will drive over.
- Water Bills: Nothing
