Maintenance: Frozen door lock at city building discussed; suggestions included WD-40.
Department Reports
Water/Sewer: Systems performing well. New chemical scale purchased.
Community Club: Opera House insulation complete via volunteers. Bags night has commenced.
Equipment: Truck tire leak identified (J. Prickett to assist); sand frozen in truck bed.
Water Bills: Billing cycles reaching consistency.
Library: Discussion on Library/Opera House events, a missing $600.00 check, and a broken drop box.

Council: T. Wolff proposed city hall cleaning. Mayor Fulton supports if cost is under $150/month and does not require a formal bid.
