City Council met in regular meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Randy Moore called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Motions & Decisions
A motion to approve the agenda by B. Fulton and seconded by J. Prickett – all in favor.
A motion to approve the minutes by T. Wolff and seconded by R. Moore – all in favor.
A motion to approve Treasurer's report and bank statement by B. Fulton and seconded by R. Moore – all in favor.
A motion to approve monthly bills by T. Wolff and seconded by J. Prickett – all in favor.
Action Items
- City Elections: Waiting final results, discussed write-in votes.
- Park Clean-up: J. Prickett to run sweeper and Larry Trickel to bag.
- City Equipment: All equipment ready for winter.
- New Truck-Plow: Run truck for straight sand, need chains for new truck.

- Water Report: E. Wolff reported sewer discharged, heater failed and replaced.
- Community Club: Halloween party was a success.
- Water Bills: Bills out on time.
- Library: Dec 6th Christmas in Westgate – door prizes, quilt raffle, donation lunch (pulled pork, walking tacos, soup).
