A motion to approve Treasurer's report and bank statement by D. Wolff and seconded by T. Wolff – all in favor.
A motion to approve monthly bills by T. Wolff and seconded by D. Wolff – all in favor.

- City equipment: Drag blade back, all items until next meeting.
- Sheriff payment breakdown – make quarterly payments.
