City Council met in regular meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Randy Moore called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

Others present: Larry Trickel, Sheryl Walker, Chuck and Becky Hurd, Josh Richards, Ray Pellis, E. Moore, Hanna Prickett
Motions & Decisions
A motion to approve the agenda by D. Wolff and seconded by T. Wolff – all in favor.
A motion to approve the minutes by B. Fulton and seconded by D. Wolff – all in favor.
A motion to remove all old members from Fidelity Safety deposit box. Motion by B. Fulton and seconded by D. Wolff – all in favor.
A motion to add Larry Trickel, Randy Moore, and Brett Fulton to Fidelity Safety deposit box. Motion by T. Wolff and seconded by J. Prickett – all in favor.
Additional Discussions:
- Tractor Pull Westgate Days 2026: Josh Richards asked about moving to private property. Council will discuss in future meetings.
- DNR meeting pushed back for more details.
- David Lee letter amended for $300.00 if he won’t mow.
Reports & Discussions
- Water Report: E. Wolff needs small heater for pump house.
- Personnel: Need letter to release Dave Nuss from Westgate water duties.
- Community Club: T. Wolff reported last bike night was Oct 31st Halloween party.
- Water Bills: L. Trickel reported bills on time so far, no complaints.
- Library: S. Walker reported Touch Tank, paint projects, donation box at Bank Bar, cameras in library.
- Council Comments: Brett taking grant writing class.
