Meeting Details
City Council met in regular meeting. Savannah Hannan, Mayor, called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Council members present: D. Wolff, T. Wolff, R. Moore, J. Prickett, B. Fulton.
Others present: Tom Uhlenhopp, Sheryl Walker, Eric Wolff, Chuck & Becky Hurd, Larry Trickle, Harvey Richards & Hannah Prickett.
Motions & Decisions
Motion by R. Moore, seconded by D. Wolff to approve the agenda and minutes. Unanimous vote; motion passed.
Motion by T. Wolff, seconded by D. Wolff to approve the treasurer’s report, and bills to pay and be paid.
Public Comments: None.
- Resolution 2025-1: Unpaid bills to be sent to Municipal Debt Collectors. Motion by R. Moore, seconded by B. Fulton. Roll call: Moore, Prickett, Fulton, D. Wolff & T. Wolff voted in favor; none opposed. Resolution passed.
- Resolution 2025-3: Property sale. Motion by D. Wolff, seconded by J. Prickett. Roll call: Moore, Prickett, Fulton, D. Wolff & T. Wolff voted in favor; none opposed. Resolution passed. Any objections to the sale will be heard at the March regular meeting; thereafter the property will be advertised and bids accepted.
Code Book: Discussed.
Budget Work Session: Council set a work day for 6:00 PM on February 24.
